How to Ship Your Bundles:
Hair Care Maintenance
As of recently, We've decided to do away with the old way we did consultations. Now we can get all the information upfront that we need to structure services fit for what you desire. For example, previously you would schedule an appointment for hair extensions if you wanted extensions, or a loc starting consult if you wanted to start locs. Now for a 1-time fee you get ALL your hair questions, potential styling, coloring desires, wig measurements, past hair history all in one appointment. Keep in mind this is for NEW CLIENTS AND CLIENTS WE HAVEN'T SEEN IN 6+ MONTHS. Your hair changes regularly and so do your needs. This will alleviate the need for people booking for services they either may not need or services they may not qualify for based on hair health and to prevent further damage. **New Clients & Clients that haven't been to the salon in 6+ months are recommended to book a "New Client Hair Assessment**
To give our clients the best experience and to limit noise and time constraints, we do not accept walk-ins. This gives YOU --our client-- the time and attention to your hair that you deserve. No one likes a crowded space. We do however accept same day appointments scheduled by phone only. The full service price is due upfront for same-days to avoid unnecessary waste of the salons time and your own.
Regularly we re-evaluate our most frequently requested services and the least requested. Although the service may be popular, there may not be as much of a demand as times change. With that being said, we will still offer braids with weave to our existing clients. Any clients that were serviced prior to January 1st, 2019 will be able to book the service via the salon. We will still offer the add-on braids with weave for partially braided styles.
Yes, we do provide hair services for children. However, we require one parent to stay with the child throughout the entire service. If your child is not being serviced, please arrange for appropriate care before scheduling, as we aim to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment for all our guests.
Yes, we offer knotless box braids. For a longer-lasting style, we recommend crochet braids with pre-braided or pre-twisted hair. This helps keep service times under 6 hours, allowing us to serve more clients efficiently.
Deposits ensure that our time (as well as yours) is taken seriously. We feel that each service slot is our dedication of time to you so we’d like your dedication to us by keeping the time that you select.
Most salons are closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s. For an additional fee, we offer those days for your convenience. It's only fair if someone is coming in on their off day they get paid for it, right?
No, hair is not included with our services unless specified as part of a package. If you need hair for your service, it can be provided for an additional fee. Please confirm the type of hair you want at the time of booking and ensure it is paid for upfront.
Our refund policy is outlined in our BOOKING POLICY.(javascript:void(0)) We recommend you read thoroughly PRIOR to scheduling an appointment as we do require a non-refundable deposit.
Each service will give you the allotted time when you schedule. All services vary from person to person considering their needs, hair texture, and other services they have combined. If you have prior engagements when you schedule or are in a rush, we ask that you schedule accordingly as well will not rush or skimp on services. Please make sure you are accounting time properly when scheduling.
We do offer bridal services and trial runs to ensure you get what you desire for the big day. If you have a bridal party, please call us at 585-471-8098 to customize a package.
