Booking An Appointment
How do I schedule an appointment?
Currently we offer 1 way to schedule—online 24/7. Due to Covid, we REQUIRE a questionare to be completed and signed for confirmation of an appointment. To make sure we are the right place for you, we ask that you read and agree to our BOOKING POLICY
Do you accept walk-ins?
To give our clients the best experience and to limit noise and time constraints, we do not accept walk-ins. This gives YOU --our client-- the time and attention to your hair that you deserve. No one likes a crowded space. We do however accept same day appointments scheduled by phone only. The full service price is due upfront for same-days to avoid unnecessary waste of the salons time and your own.
Why don't you offer braids with weave (hair extensions)?
Regularly we re-evaluate our most frequently requested services and the least requested. Although the service may be popular, there may not be as much of a demand as times change. With that being said, we will still offer braids with weave to our existing clients. Any clients that were serviced prior to January 1st, 2019 will be able to book the service via the salon. We will still offer the add-on braids with weave for partially braided styles.
Do you service children?
Yes; however 1 parent per child is required to remain with the child the entire service. If children are not being serviced, you must find the appropriate care is found before scheduling. We’d like to keep a quiet, relaxing environment for all guest.
Do you do box braids/ twist?
No, we only offer crochet which can be done with the pre-braided or pre-twisted hair. This cuts down on services that expand past 6hrs and allows us time to serve others as well.
Why do you require deposits?
Deposits ensure that our time (as well as yours) is taken seriously. We feel that each service slot is our dedication of time to you so we’d like your dedication to us by keeping the time that you select.
Why is there an additional charge for Sunday's?
Most salons are closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s. For an additional fee, we offer those days for those who cannot come in during normal business hours. Monday's are upon request only and must require appointment plus fee to be paid in full for appointment confirmation.
Is hair included with services?
No, hair is not included with services unless specified as a package for hair and service for one price. If you need hair to add to a service it can be provided for an additional fee. The type of hair desired must be confirmed on or at the time of booking and paid for upfront.
What is your refund policy or website policy?
Our refund policy is outlined in our BOOKING POLICY. We recommend you read thoroughly PRIOR to scheduling an appointment as we do require a non-refundable deposit.
How long does each service take?
Each service will give you the allotted time when you schedule. All services vary from person to person considering their needs, hair texture, and other services they have combined. If you have prior engagements when you schedule or are in a rush, we ask that you schedule accordingly as well will not rush or skimp on services. Please make sure you are accounting time properly when scheduling.
Do you have bridal services?
We do offer bridal services and trial runs to ensure you get what you desire for the big day. If you have a bridal party, please call us at 585-471-8098 to customize a package.
Do you offer discounts?
If we have any promotions coming up or active, check our social medial, our promotions page, or subscribe to our email list on the footer of the website.
We ship throughout the USA. We are not offering shipping to other countries as of right now. Check back in the near future as things always change.

Orders shipping price is based on method of shipment, weight, delivery address, order total, or location of dispatched items.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for USA customers only via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and other 3rd party payment gateways which are listed at checkout.
Money Orders or checks are not allowed.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Sales tax applies to all NYS orders.
Please allow 2-3 days for payments to process. After processing, you will receive a shipping notification based on the item purchased at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
Our policy currently prohibits returns. refunds, or exchanges due to sanitation concerns. All wigs, custom or premade are sorted based on the measurements provided by the customer and therefore are the sole responsibility of the purchasing party. Once measurements are provided, units will be shipped based on those specifications otherwise the default medium cap is used. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct information requested. If you are a local customer and we have your measurements on file, please notate in the order page or at checkout. We will not accept returns for improper fit, improper item order, shipping delays and missing items due to shipping. TheVeeList uses signature required labels and/or receipt confirmation so we will not be responsible for replacing packages due to theft.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods or service - we will ship your package once the payment process time has passed.
All orders are final sale. Errors on the purchaser's behalf will be exempt from any refunds or returns.

When ordering your custom unit, we request a few things:
Your hair for the order
Custom units DO NOT include hair so there are two things you can do, you can either:
Order our bundles
Or use your own bundles
Ordering Our Bundles
Your bundles and your build-a-wig specifications must be added to the cart at the same time. Checkout as you normally would using your choice of payment option. You can add your measurements to the notes section at checkout. Use the chart on the build-a-wig product page for reference.
*Please note default cap is medium. We will not be responsible for units that do not fit correctly if the measurements were not done properly. We recommend seeing your local professional to have them done or book a virtual wig consult to allow us to help you measure your head properly.
Shipping Your Bundles
Whether you choose to use your own bundles or ours, you MUST USE OUR SHIPPING ADDRESS to have the bundles delivered for wig completion. The only difference at checkout for build-a-wig units will be-- those ordering our bundles
CAN NOT use pickup as an option. If you are using your own bundles, you
CAN select pickup at checkout if you are local and dropping off your own bundles. If you are not in pickup radius, you have to pay for the shipping of your unit to be delivered to you.

*If opting to use your own bundles, they must be new & uncut or in long, lengthy pieces, clean and free from thread, lint, debris or other substances that do not belong. We will not piece together cut wefts. If you send hair in any other condition than we request, you will be charged for replacement bundle(s) + applicable shipping.
Hair Care Maintenance
Caring for Your Hair Extensions
First, we must specify what type of hair extensions you've purchased. If you have purchased human quality synthetic hair you will not be able to put any high heat on the extensions. Any temperature above 350 degrees will be detrimental to the length of use you will receive out of the hair unit. At this time, we do not offer synthetic units or hair. All of our other hair will ALWAYS be Raw hair or Virgin hair bundles, units and lace closures/frontals.
For our human hair, keep in mind that once human hair is cut from the donor to make the bundles and wigs that you see online, the strands loose the nutrients that they once received from the follicle. The follicle is not attached but the cuticle is making the hair less resistant to tangling and matting.
Instructions For Care:
Cleanse the hair in a downward motion with CoWash. We recommend the As I Am line of product
Use a wet/dry detangling brush. Do not use any brush with bulbs tips of the bristles as this will cause breaking of the hair
Air Dry if and whenever possible as high heat can dry out the hair
Use Leave in spray for curly hair and scrunch with hands, to retain the curl
For styling, we recommend a heat protectant with argan oil as this is lightweight and won't cause the hair to look heavy
If you use a flat iron, we suggest heat temps between 360-400
Length of Use:
Virgin Bundles can last up to 2.5 years or 4-5 uses. (Whichever comes 1st)
Raw bundles can last up to 5 years or up to 8 uses depending on maintenance and usage.
Closures can last up to 2 uses for sew ins and for 1.5 years if on a wig unit
Frontals can last 1 use for sew ins and up to 1 year on a wig unit.
*Bleaching the knots WILL CUT DOWN THE LIFE OF THE LACE PIECE.*
Keep in mind, bundles used as a wig will generally last longer because they are typically removed unlike sew ins and quickweaves. They aren't slept in and if properly put away will have a longer shelf life.
